It has become an unmissable event over the years. The National Days of Agriculture (JNA) are once again coming to the capital in June, at the Arènes de Lutèce, for two days filled with fun and learning. This year, the chosen theme is « Agriculture tomorrow: what future in our plates? », to rethink our food, collectively reflect on possible innovations, and more sustainable practices, in order to allow future generations to live in a healthier and more responsible world. Nina Métayer, the best pastry chef in the world 2024, and Édouard Bergeon, filmmaker and journalist, are the godmother and godfather of this edition. And because we have plenty of reasons to convince you that this is an unmissable event, here are three additional reasons not to miss the JNA 2026!

1) Fun activities to raise awareness about the big challenges of tomorrow

During the National Agriculture Days, we chat, we experiment. Everyone, adults and kids, is welcome! At the fifteen booths set up, there are free activities for both young and old. You can take part in a scientific escape game, try out a tractor driving simulation, join a milling and bread-making workshop, and enjoy many more activities available throughout the two days!

2) Discovering start-ups committed to food transition that want to build a better world for future generations

These days also shine a light on initiatives and start-ups promoting more sustainable food and agriculture. The JNA 2026 will be a fantastic opportunity to meet them and discover unique and innovative projects. Look out for C’mon pote agri !, a network of farmers offering local legumes and aiming to bring them into the culinary spotlight! Then there's SOVI, a plant-based drink that helps to reduce waste while providing a delicious and nutrient-rich beverage! And let's not forget Inoveat, which wants to change perceptions about eating insects that are actually packed with protein, omega-3, and omega-6!A corner of Paris, which makes jams from unused fruits found in Parisian parks and gardens ; or Le Petits Toupins, which works for local and seasonal children's food.

3) A nationwide event

As their name suggests, the National Days of Agriculture, organized by the #agridemain association and the Make.org foundation, take place throughout France. More than 2,000 events are offered across the country between June 5 and 7, 2026. Paris plays a crucial role with its contribution to the JNA at the Arènes de Lutèce. And what better place with an unmatched historical heritage to host an event that works for a better future ?
