A world tour of thrillers

The festival takes us on a thrilling criminal odyssey around the globe with nine films in competition. Among them, Carnival Is Over (Brazil/Portugal), Gangs of Taiwan (Taiwan, France, United States), and Little Jaffna (France) promise stories that are as captivating as they are intense. From contemplative mysteries to heart-pounding thrillers, each film will bring its own dose of tension, twists, and nail-biting moments.

To judge this selection, a high-profile jury has been assembled: the director Bruno Podalydès, jury president, will be supported by actors Anne Le Ny (Intouchables, Le Torrent), Arnaud Valois (120 Beats Per Minute), and Alice Taglioni (Under the Skirts of Girls). And if you love having your say, good news: the Audience Award will be presented by the iconic DJ m.asqué rémois Vladimir Cauchemar

Additionally, the competition Sang Neuf will be dedicated to the new voices of crime fiction. Chaired by Franco-Tunisian actor Sami Bouajila (Indigènes, Les témoins), this category will be judged by prestigious members such as Noée Abita (heart-wrenching in Les Passagers de la Nuit) and Stefan Crépon (recently noted in Jouer avec le feu). Young talents ready to showcase unique feature films that renew the genre's codes, such as MoonStrange Darling or Zion
