After several months of renovations, the former BNP Paribas office building on Boulevard des Dames will soon welcome Ruby Lilou, a new four-star hotel set to open around mid-September. Within the building, Ruby Yani will offer 126 workstations, featuring private offices, dedicated desks, and flexible spaces. Built around the concept of "Lean Luxury," the space combines refined design, fully-equipped areas, and flexibility to create an inspiring work environment and foster professional connections.

Three young companies will get a helping hand

It's in this context that the group is launching Ruby Launchpad, a program designed for startups at different stages of development. Three of them will be selected to benefit from this initiative. The selected companies will notably have free access to workspaces. They'll also benefit from advice on strategy, development, communication and branding. The program also includes support around press relations and storytelling, as well as meetings with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the group's network.

Applications are open until September 30th

To participate, startups must submit their application before September 30th. The required file is intentionally brief: a pitch deck of maximum 10 slides and a presentation video not exceeding 60 seconds. Applications can be sent directly by email to kristin.lingner@ruby-hotels.com. They will then be reviewed by a jury made up of group members and professionals from entrepreneurship, innovation, media and investment.

A way for this new coworking space to make its mark

in a Marseille neighborhood that is also undergoing transformation, while shining a spotlight on the young businesses working there.
