Chez Gala

A chic and gourmet New Year's celebration sounds good, doesn't it? The invitation is set Chez Gala, for an unforgettable evening that promises to delight our taste buds and be totally veggie-friendly! On the menu: three starters to choose from, including the marbled foie gras with caramelized pears, the Saint-Jacques crudo with citrus, or the confit butternut millefeuille. We continue with a main dish, still with choices like the capon ballotin...and the fat and its side dishes, the turbot roasted in nutty butter or fettuccine with morels. We kick it all off with a trio of to-die-for appetizers and finish with a black chocolate Mont-Blanc log as a dessert, and a pavlova with exotic fruits for a refreshing touch. And because New Year's is all about celebrations, live musicians will perform, and a DJ will have you singing and dancing until the early hours of the morning!
