The Freshest: Bagnard

The reputation of our beloved chef Yoni Saada's delicious niçoise salad is well known, and when you can enjoy it on the small outdoor terrace, it's pure bliss! A fresh and flavorful cuisine that comes from the winning combination of "lots of love and quality ingredients": it's simply amazing.

The Healthiest Option: Mûre

What's better than organic vegetables freshly picked from the garden, fully ripe and going straight into your mouth? And when it's delicious, appetizing, and homemade, we can't resist making it (almost) our lunch every day! We create our salad with a multitude of ingredients that are more appetizing than the others and that change regularly depending on the harvest and the seasons. Close to perfection.

The most customizable: The Seasonal Workshop

You like salads, but you prefer them without onions, without cheese, without lettuce, and with a double serving of anchovy olives. You are the nightmare of all sandwich and take-out vendors. The good news for you and your goodwill with merchants is that at The Seasonal Workshop, you create your own salad with a base, 4 ingredients of your choice, a sauce, bread, and a condiment. Nice, isn't it?bsp;?

The most Mediterranean: Le bistrot Mavrommatis

Andrea Mavrommatis - the only Greek chef awarded abroad - decided to share his passion by offering us the best flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean. Besides his gourmet table, we can also taste his crazy products at the bistro! We must say that the Cretan salad with Epiros feta cheese, caper leaves, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Cretan barley rusks instantly transports us to the Mediterranean.

The most indulgent : Benedict

Honestly, we challenge you to find salads more indulgent than those at Benedict ! This super stylish place offers salads to enjoy without any guilt. Our favorites ? The cobb salad – with juicy chicken breast, amazing bacon, soft-boiled egg, avocado, blue cheese dressing, and delicate chives – and the Thai salad – with marinated and crispy beef, herbs, soybean sprouts, pink ginger, pine nuts, and peanuts. Even the fruit salad is to die for. Yum.

The Most American: Coffee Club

A warm café, run by a family who loves American cuisine (they already own 3 other coffee shops in Paris). The trendy decoration with Brooklyn vibes immediately puts us in a friendly atmosphere: American-style kitchen, brick walls... The beautiful round and friendly table is perfect if you're a big group of friends... The 100% US recipes, imagined by Carrie Solomon, the author of the book An American in Paris, are partly based on delicious big salads. We really enjoy the breaded chicken salad.

The most bistronomic: Maison Plisson

For the fans of Caesar salad, here's a really nice bistronomic version! The chicken is free-range, the bacon is deliciously grilled, the salad is sprinkled with large capers, radishes, small croutons, and delicately dressed with an incredible homemade sauce. For the adventurers, don't hesitate to try the grilled zucchini and lemon salad with chickpeas, spinach shoots, feta cheese, and toasted seeds. It's a delight.

The most flavorful: Rose Bakery

Apart from its lack of charisma and slow service, we have to admit that it is one of our favorite salad eateries. All the products are beautifully cooked and presented in the form of a huge gourmet buffet. A piece of advice: when you grab your stunning composed salad, treat yourself to one of their desserts, they are absolutely heavenly!
