Bouillon Pigalle

A great classic that never gets old. At Bouillon Pigalle, you can enjoy traditional French food that's cheap and delicious. In a modern brasserie setting, you can indulge in an absolutely amazing pistou soup, mouthwatering leeks vinaigrette, eggs mayo for only 1.90€, the usual beef bourguignon with pasta, and a chocolate pear for a sweet treat that's truly delightful. Oh, and the pitcher of wine starts at 3.30€, and that's unbeatable.

With two bakeries, and now, a third delicatessen shop, where Parisians come to find their favorites, .From noon until evening, their traditional country bread made with sourdough, or their deliciously soft cookies. The line usually stretches down the whole street, but it doesn't matter, because the taste is amazing.

Dumbo

In a very short time, this tiny shop with a long, smoky counter has built quite a reputation. If like us, you have a hard time making choices, you're going to be delighted: the menu only has two perfectly executed burgers that are smashed on a sizzling griddle. Trust us, every bite is perfect, and that's the reason people line up.queue, in Pigalle like in rue des Petites-Écuries! © Salomé Rateau, Le Bonbon. Dumbo

Gros Bao

The beloved spot for all lovers of neo-Asian dishes. Here, you can find some of the classics from the Bao Family - such as baozi or chao fan - but the stars of the house are no longer the small steamers that could be found on rue Saint-Denis, but the steamed fish and Peking duck served whole to share with a few friends. The cherry on top? We devour all of this by the Saint-Martin canal, for a good meal by the water.

Holybelly

The brunch at Holybelly is worth a visit for all the comfort food lovers, believe us when we say that. The menu offers a variety of indulgences, each one more decadent than the next, and we couldn't be happier about it. Homemade granola, pancakes with fried eggs, bacon and maple syrup, potato cakes, homemade cakes... The hardest part? Choosing.

Immersion

Another brunch stop (and on the same street, no less). With a menu that changes with the seasons, Immersion takes us on a journey of sweet and savory plates.Sweet and savory. We fell in love with the "smiling croissant" and its perfectly buttery and artisanal pastry filled with cream cheese, avocado, and scrambled eggs gomasio. To complete the experience, we recommend pairing it with an irresistible Iced Matcha Latte. So, for the love of brunch, go and try this place, no matter the wait (which, in this case, might be quite long). Check out Immersion at 8 rue Lucien Sampaix, 10th arrondissement, or 23 rue Danielle Casanova, 1st arrondissement. They are open on weekdays from 10am to 4pm and on weekends from 9am to 7pm.
