We're going to see shrimp perform on stage
Yes yes, you read that right. The actors in the play Shrimp Stories are indeed… shrimp! Originally an animated film (with an underwater scene that captivated audiences), director Arthur Sauer developed the story into a theatrical piece, alongside the Hotel Modern troupe. Combining models, puppets, cameras, and live sound design, this play is like no other. In both form and substance, as 300 shrimp-puppets on stage give us a fresh, original, and totally offbeat perspective

We're celebrating Oktoberfest the Parisian way at the foot of the Eiffel Tower
To properly mark the first day of autumn, La Parisienne, the craft beer brewed and bottled in Pantin, is bringing Oktoberfest to Paris. Meet up this Wednesday, September 23rd at the Bonnotte Club, a barge moored in the 7th arrondissement facing the Eiffel Tower, for a Parisian-style beer celebration. What's on the menu? A big communal table Biergarten-style, a stein-carrying contest, pretzels galore, happy hour, and a chance to discover the new Oktoberfest beer, brewed right here in Paris and inspired by the classic style served in Bavaria!

We dive into the art of cabaret at Chaillot Theatre
The art of caCabaret invites itself to Chaillot, the theater of all dances, for two evenings brimming with feathers and sequins. Spaces for creation, freedom, claims and emancipation, cabarets reveal countless gestures, bodies and stories that testify to a living, popular art in perpetual reinvention. For one weekend, the 16th arrondissement institution welcomes the greatest Parisian cabarets, from the Moulin Rouge to Crazy Horse Paris via Madame Arthur, as well as alternative venues for the most wonderful tribute between grand revue traditions and freer, more contemporary forms. An event that's part of the Cabaret Season launched by the Ministry of Culture (from September 18 to December 18) across the entire country, with rich, open and friendly programming!

Fill up on gorgeous comics at the Formula Bula festival
Formula Bula, Paris's international comics festival, is back this weekend in the 5th arrondissement, at Césure, and in twelve other partner venues. A 14th edition with the same ambition to explore the international scenes of the ninth art, shining a light on both emerging voices and iconic figures in comic history. Over three days, comic lovers will discover new highlights, including an exhibition around artist and illustrator Marion Fayolle, a focus on the contemporary Finnish scene, an exceptional auction, and even an exhibition dedicated to the creator of Génie des alpages, F'murrr, right in the heart of the 5th arrondissement town hall.
