Discover the paintings of the School of Paris at the Montmartre Museum

They brought a new breath to the history of art, gave birth to modernity, and contributed to the shine of the French capital as a major artistic scene on a global scale. The artists of the School of Paris – Ossip Zadkine, Amedeo Modigliani, Chaïm Soutine, Chan Orloff, Tamara de Lempicka… – allowed the world to see art as a medium for messages, a universal language. It is to these remarkable figures, painters and sculptors, to their stories and their works, that the Montmartre Museum pays a powerful and vibrant tribute through its exhibition The School of Paris, Marek Roefler Collection available until February 15, 2026.

The iconic independent cinema La Clef is back!

After a controversial closure, years of occupation, and a fundraising effort that seemed hopeless, the collective behind the iconic art-house cinema in the Latin Quarter, known as La Clef, can finally take a breath. Six years of struggle and dedication have paid off, and proof of this is the official reopening of the independent cinema on rue Daubenton. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, January 14, 2026, for the first screenings, including the opening film Talking About Trees by Suhaib Gasmelbari.

Let's do some yoga with music with Maybe Merlin 

This Saturday, we're treating ourselves to a yoga session like no other. The association Chaussettes Claquées invites you to Dock B for two sessions that are as relaxing as they are musical. Let's dive into theatrical discoveries at the La Fabrique des écritures festival

From January 12 to February 20, the La Fabrique des écritures theater festival is taking over L’Étoile du Nord. A special event that explores the creation of theatrical writing all the way to its performance on stage, featuring plays like Gaslight by Hélène Rocheteau, Lost in Vatican by Alice Etienne, À ton image by the Compagnie Fauve, along with a literary journey with Shane Haddad, a writing workshop with Sarah L., and a discussion about gaslighting with Hélène.
