Let’s have a coffee time

The Maison Delano is launching its new gourmet coffee rendezvous. Served every day from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Delano Bar, Coffee Time is available on-site or for takeout in a calm, bright atmosphere that's perfect for working or taking a break. Dreamed up by Chef Paolo Minelli, the menu highlights Lavazza 1895 coffee, offered in slow brew or classic versions, paired with two signature creations like Amaretto Cappuccino or Blossom Cappuccino. The break continues with homemade pastries, including an original treat that combines porcini mushrooms, shiitake, and hazelnut praline. A new hidden gem to slow down your pace right at the beginning of the week.

We’re trying out a new restaurant

Born from the collaboration of Georges Mohammed Chérif and self-taught chef Jérémy Elie Marratche, Test offers a unique dialogue between Japanese cuisine and Mediterranean flavors inspired by the chef’s Sephardic childhood. There are bold dishes to sample like the egg brick with red tuna belly tartare, bonito sashimi with orange blossom labneh, and a Tunisian fricassé given a Japanese twist. The decor strikes a balance between a classy izakaya-style marble counter and intimate alcoves. It’s a distinctive spot that truly stands out, and we’re already eager to revisit it!
