"Maintaining the gastronomic and cultural link between France and Lebanon"

Matthieu tells this story with emotion, guided by memories of his late father. Kamal Nassif is one of those lovers of Lebanon who, once in France, spread its gastronomy and trained dozens of chefs , a kind of   « ambassador » guided by a « duty to promote our culture », assures Matthieu. This large family of cooks has allowed to « maintain the strong existing link between France and Lebanon, whether it be cultural, gastronomic or even human »: since 1984, it is within the walls of Loubnane that this influence continues.

In this family canteen, multiculturalism reigns. A pride for its manager: « Here, everyone gathers together, Jews, Arabs, Christians, vegans, carnivores, people who eat halal, or kosher... It must be said that Lebanese cuisine often wins everyone over, especially when it overflows with generosity, and Loubnane has understood this well.

Come to a place where food is shared, relationships are created, and smiles are abundant. A true melting pot of flavors and cultures that brings people together, just like a big family gathering. A delightful mixing pot of stories and culinary delights await those who step into Loubnane, a place that truly embodies the connection between France and Lebanon, one plate at a time. A culinary journey filled with love and memories, serving as a bridge between two beautiful countries. Loubnane, where sharing a meal means sharing a piece of history and heritage, a symbolic gesture that transcends borders and brings people closer together. A place where food truly becomes a universal language, uniting people from different backgrounds and cultures in a celebration of delicious flavors and heartfelt connections. Let Loubnane be your guide on a journey of culinary discovery and cultural appreciation, as you savor the taste of France and Lebanon in every bite. Join the family at Loubnane and experience the joy of culinary unity and cultural richness, one meal at a time. An array of hot and cold mezzes creates a menu that is not overly French, along with traditional main dishes, delicious desserts, and fantastic Lebanese wines. Let the feast begin!

On the table, creamy hummus, generous mouharama...

All year round, you can order timeless classics such as hummus, Lebanese tabbouleh, labneh, halloumi, or eggplant caviar, as well as more lesser-known dishes. Our palate still remembers the mouharama, this delicious blend of walnuts, peppers, and molasses, the spicy homemade mini sausages called sadjouk, or the surprising kibbeh nayeh (raw lamb and beef, bulgur, onion, and mint). It also hasn't forgotten the mouallabieh, a milk cream with orange blossom, honey, and pistachio that gently enhances the feast. At Le Bonbon, we are constantly striving to expand our list of favorite Lebanese dishes, and with this commitment to quality...At a price, the Loubnane is now comfortably settled.
