Between art and gastronomy
Open from lunch to dinner, and even for Sunday brunch, Ora Farmhouse combines unique flavors and artistic presentation to offer its customers a memorable experience. Chef Saayaan has created a delicious vegetarian menu, to which can be added "signature" dishes made with vegetables, meats, or fish carefully sourced from local producers. Here, the focus is on the land, life, and the cycles of nature. The unique feature? The dishes are plated by the different servers and the chef right at the table. "I thought of it like a painting that I sketched beforehand and that evolves according to the seasons,"And adding the final touch to this colorful table, worthy of a work of art," he explains with a smile.

In front of us, we have some braised carrots, a stuffed eggplant, an artichoke hummus, a labneh Italian-style ice cream or even a seasonal vegetable karaage which are the main elements of this hearty spread. The dishes can be accompanied by summer-inspired cocktails, timeless or seasonal. While " The Olive Field " takes us to summer with the freshness of lime and Olive Oil Fatwash Gin, the " Clairvoyant " surprises with its floral flavors and unique appearance achieved by plunging a hibiscus ice cube into a clarification of Eminente rum.
Promoting nature preservation
In this bright and friendly place, nature reigns and environmental respect is the main value. Water and...Energy is saved as much as possible, while all parts of the food are used in cooking or in the vegetable garden to avoid any form of waste. Like a real country house where it's good to live, the establishment with its wooden, colorful and floral decoration designed by Cordelia de C.astellane and Sanaz Degany, blends gently into a 25-hectare green setting. Settle in the main dining room or on one of the terraces surrounding the house, and let yourself be carried away by a parade of flavors in a sumptuous setting, already thinking about the next time you'll come back.
