At lunchtime, for just 35€, you can choose a starter/main or main/dessert menu. A great way to savor refined dishes like roasted veal knuckle served with cumin carrot mousseline, multicolored turnips and carrots, and a rich thyme jus, or even a delicious market fish with a base. ```leeks and broccoli puree with parsley. Craving a more complete meal? The starter/main/dessert menu is priced at 42€, an ideal option to explore the entire range of Onyx cuisine at a price that can't be beat for a restaurant of this quality.

Dishes that are full of character

In the evening, Onyx offers an even more impressive dining experience with its 5-course menu at 89€. A price that is anything but common in Paris for a gastronomic menu of this caliber. Chef Yoshida, with his mastery of seasonings, takes you on a flavorful journey with dishes like roasted rack of lamb, navarin croquette, pointed cabbage, and mini purple carrots. The Japanese influences, always present, can be found in creations like the sea bream cooked in yubiki – a traditional Japanese method – served with cima di rapa, clementine, dandelions, and a miso condiment.Vinegar. Bold dishes that are always rooted in French tradition, allowing you to rediscover gastronomy from a different angle.

And for those with a sweet tooth, the desserts are just as delightful. The signature Paris-Brest, with its intense pecan and hazelnut praline cream, is a true classic, just like the vanilla mille-feuille with caramel and Tonka bean, which is sure to impress even the most discerning palates.
