A hundred pizzaiolos are going to invade Paris over the next two days! On March 30th and 31st, pizza will be the guest of honor at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. And we hope to be able to taste it!

There's something for every taste and color, and that's why we love it so much. The pizza will be honored for two days in Paris for the French Pizza Championship, at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Skilled pizza makers from all over France will come together to compete in a few tests, showcasing the art of this ancestral Italian dish. Mark your calendars for the 16th edition of Parizza on Wednesday, March 30th, and Thursday, March 31st. A panel of expert judges will evaluate competitors on various technical and creative challenges. The program includes tests of speed, the widest pizza, quality, acrobatic pizza, pizza in teglia (pan pizza), and the highly anticipated "pizza a due." This challenge brings together two enthusiasts, a pizzaiolo and a chef, to create THE original and refined gourmet pizza. Who will be the champions of 2022?
