What if we could travel back in time millions of years for just one day? That's the super exciting program waiting for us this year at the Porte de Versailles. All summer long, each day will be a chance for visitors to discover monsters from another time, ready to thrill you with excitement. On the agenda: huge recreations, virtual reality experiences, a 3D aquarium, and crazy decorations.
Jurassic Park... less dramatic dinosaur revolt
How about life-sized recreated dinosaurs, where visitors can stroll through in a **family-friendly atmosphere**? Does that ring a bell? This time, though, we’re oh so far from the disaster scenario of the Jurassic Park saga.
Not because the dinosaur lack realism, quite the opposite, but because they thankfully don’t try to devour little and big ones. And for good reason, as impressive as they are, these dinosaurs are gentle as lambs, and completely devoid of any will of their own.Voir cette publication sur Instagram
But don't think for a second that this immersive experience will be a walk in the park, because there are indeed more than 40 life-sized dinosaurs showcased here. Amazing animatronics that are incredibly realistic, moving, breathing, and growling, sure to send some chills down your spine, even for the bravest young archaeologists.
A Complete Immersion
T-rex, ankylosaurus, velociraptor, and stegosaurus, for a duration of two and a half months, you'll get to discover dozens of Creatures that are more or less known from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous. In addition to a stroll among the replicas in a decor that’s more real than life, you can enjoy a virtual reality journey to get up close with the dinosaurs and experience a unique encounter with these giants from another time. You can also dive into a 360-degree immersive virtual aquarium to explore the marine depths of the past and discover all the little (and big) critters that lived there. A unique experience, both terrifying and fascinating!
