This is the comedy not to be missed right now. Following the successes of Last Cut of Scissors, Around the World in 80 Days, and The Embarrassment of Choice, Sébastien Azzopardi is back to enchant us on the stage of Théâtre Michel, thanks to My Version of the Story. A play as funny as it is human, which questions the couple, and invites us to a real reflection about our perception of things.

After 20 years of relationship, Valentine decides to drag her husband, Sam, to therapy for couples. But the problem is that each has a very specific idea of how the years have passed. This results in a representation full of twists and humor, where the spectators have only one role: try to unravel the true from the false between each version. And believe us, the task is (very) far from easy. A stunning staging therefore, in service of the couple, a universal subject, often treated in theater, which here takes a dimension never seen before. The actors play with the audience, engaging them as psychologists of the couple, energetically imposing on them a game of perspectives that never gets old. Each situation is presented from different points of view, allowing the au.acun (including spectators) to recognize each other, to find themselves, but also to question themselves.
