Cosquer Mediterranean: immersion in a unique prehistoric cave
It’s impossible to spend the summer in Marseille without experiencing Cosquer Mediterranean. Thanks to its spectacular reconstruction of the famous prehistoric cave that is now submerged, the site takes visitors 30,000 years back in time. Since July 8th, the visit has been enhanced with The Passage, a new immersive space dedicated to the history of the Mediterranean, underwater explorations, and scientific research surrounding the Cosquer cave. Visitors will also discover a new audio guide featuring the voice of Henri Cosquer, who shares his emotional journey of discovering the cave. An experience already celebrated by over 2 million visitors, blending science, emotion, and memory.
