For a few weeks now, it seems that a new phenomenon has invaded our social networks, especially in Marseille. If you have never heard of it, it's time to take interest. The Renata França® method is an extraordinary manual lymphatic drainage method born in Brazil and the training in France is only available in Paris and Marseille!

So what is the Renata França method? Or rather, "o que é isso?" as they say in Portuguese! You'll understand that this method is not French but Brazilian, created 20 years ago by Renata França herself. For a little background, this accomplished entrepreneur today is a young woman from the slums. Due to serious financial problems, her mother decided to open a massage salon. But at the time, in Brazil, massage was not considered a full-time job. To help her mother, Renata also started giving relaxing massages to some of her mother's clients.

After an influential client shared their opinion on her work and talent, she decided to make it something bigger. In 2005, after several tests on multiple clients (increasingly famous), Renata França created a method that includes new types of maneuvers, rhythms, pumping of the lymph nodes, and pressures that produce more effective results than traditional massages. She gradually revolutionized the world of massage in Brazil.

The Renata França® method in Marseille  

In 2016, Renata França founded her eponymous brand - SPA Renata França® - through which she traveled all over Brazil to train young women, the "apprentices", in her method. Quickly, she wanted to expand her invention internationally.
It's like a dream come true.Since the Renata França method made its appearance in our national territory, in Marseille and in the Capital through the only certified trainer in France - Nathalie Duarte. Lymphatic drainage, Remodeling, and the "Miracle Face". As for the method itself, it all started with a deep work on the lymphatic system and its drainage. A technique already known to physiotherapists, which consists of stimulating the circulation of lymph. The lymphatic network is a parallel network to the blood network that performs filtration, nutrition, and defense functions. The lymph nodes that line this complex network are concentrated in several strategic areas of the body including the groin, abdomen, armpits, legs... They play a fundamental role in lymph filtration and by extension in the overall immune function of the person.

The flow of lymph is naturally slow, which can cause real discomforts such as water retention, the formation of edemas, the feeling of heavy legs (and we are only talking about the lower part of the body here).
So it is on this basis of stimuli of the lymphatic system and with the aim of reducing the negative effects of its poor circulation that the Brazilian method will act.
But the Renata França Method does not stop at drainage. There are also 2 other techniques: the "Remodeling" which offers a "shifting of fats to the desired location" through manual massage. Or the "Miracle Face", a technique also based on millimeter movements on the face in order to reshape it.
