Discover the photos of Jonathan Bertin at the Faces gallery

Since last March, Jonathan Bertin, who describes himself as an “artist of the ultra-ordinary,” has been showcasing his project Impressionism at the stunning Marseille gallery Faces. It’s an invitation to see the world differently, with photographs that capture the moment and the emotions of everyday life. A tribute to the ordinary, where digital imagery regains the vibrancy of painting and the sweetness of memory. Between Normandy landscapes and Seoul lights, Jonathan Bertin explores the fleeting nature of moments: a passerby, a reflection...and a setting sun. The blur becomes a language, revealing the hidden emotion behind reality.

We celebrate women at the Les Plus Belles de Mai festival

This weekend, we are launching the 3rd edition of the Les Plus Belles de Mai festival in the heart of the Belle de Mai neighborhood. What's the concept? Four women, four nights, four venues. The festival questions, celebrates, and highlights the role of women in public spaces while shining a light on their presence, their stories, and their power through a sensitive, engaged, and accessible artistic program. For four days, everyday places (often bars run by women) transform into vibrant, open, and inclusive stages. And for this first gathering, set for this Saturday, May 9, we’ll meet at Bar Marius (run by Dominique) with performances that include dance, singing, a DJ set in the evening, and urban karaoke.
