Ten years of stage performances, encounters, and creations… The Cabaret L’Étoile Bleue has established itself as a true cabaret institution in Marseille. And to celebrate its first decade, the troupe is exceptionally leaving its theater and home on Boulevard Jeanne d’Arc to take the stage at the CEPAC Silo on January 27th. An anniversary like no other, featuring 25 scenes, with special guests including Zize, the cabaret’s godmother, and the winner of the last season of Drag Race France, proudly from Marseille, Lana Cotta.

Marseille’s modern cabaret scene

Founded by Manoah Michelot, a young dancer, passionate director and artistic director of the venue, Cabaret L’Étoile Bleue aims to bring back a modern cabaret to the Marseille stage, in an intimate and warm atmosphere. A project that has breathed new life into a forgotten former theater in downtown Marseille, today

at the Cabaret-Theatre The Blue Star, in a whirlwind of creation and sharing.

For ten years, Manoah Michelot has been hosting a cabaret stage in the heart of Marseille that goes far beyond traditional revues. Throughout the year, an eclectic lineup brings the venue to life with burlesque shows, musicals, concerts, drag shows and stand-up evenings. A place that champions a certain vision of cabaret: free, popular and open to all disciplines.

Ten years, that calls for a celebration!

For the troupe's tenth anniversary, Manoah Michelot is preparing a show that promises to be legendary. With Mano's Got His Show, the Marseille audience is about to witness a brand new creation featuring around twenty artists, 25 scenes and over 300 haute couture costumes spread across two hours of entertainment. Far from a simple retrospective, the show tells the story of the cabaret with certain iconic scenes making a comeback on stage, alongside creative

unpublished creations imagined especially for this anniversary evening.

From dance to song, passing through circus and French Cancan, it's all the disciplines of cabaret that blend together on stage, amid feathers, sequins and crystals. Because more than just an anniversary show, Mano fait son show marks a new chapter for the L'Étoile Bleue troupe. So, we'll see you on January 27th to discover this exciting new beginning together?
