But what we are most interested in this summer is Le Tube. This vintage summer guinguette, set up on one of the panoramic terraces of the hotel's Cuisine à Manger Restaurant bar-restaurant (open 7 days a week upon reservation here) for sunny days, offers a sublime view of Fourvière, Part-Dieu, and the city of Lyon. A spot that is both rustic and magical where you can sip cocktails while admiring the sunset over the city... Let's just say, it doesn't get much better than this!

The Summer Tub
And if The Tub is called that, it's because its surprising decor is made up of a Citroën HY van. The guinguette spirit fits perfectly with the most country events, especially since the terrace can be privatized on request, and you can even personalize the musical atmospheres for your parties. The address is open in the warmer seasons, every day from 2:30pm to 10pm. And the cherry on top: a petanque court available by reservation!
Tapas to share and tangy cocktails
On the menu, Le Tube offers a selection of beers, wines, cocktails and above all tapas to share. The menu includes a delicious plate of 18-month-old Serrano ham, a potato tortilla (with red pepper coulis and beef ceccina), octopus salad (with potatoes, spring onions and chorizo), a whole Saint-Marcellin cheese from Mère Richard, a jar of artisanal ice cream from Nardone, a homemade waffle (plain or with sugar), or even an excellent homemade cookie. And all at very affordable prices, to top it off.
