And since the restaurant has values and the term "all-you-can-eat" often leaves some people a little too eager, L'Étoile Céleste Bellecour has a strict policy on waste: a €10 charge for unfinished plates (with really significant leftovers, of course, we're not talking about three lonely fries...). In short, it's a place that's almost perfect and has been bustling with happy diners since it opened right in the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île.
