A new sexy wine bar is coming to Toulouse! And it's no ordinary one, because it's Bacaretto, the little brother of the famous restaurant Bàcaro. At its helm, we find Manuel Garnacho who shared the genesis of this opening with our colleagues from La Dépêche: "Bàcaro has become more of a restaurant than a wine bar. I wanted to focus on my passion and live it 100%. That's why I created Bacaretto."
300 references of wine from all over Europe. Located in the former brewery L'Enigme, Bacaretto has transformed the space. The facade, now black and elegantly adorned with golden letters displaying "Bacaretto", clearly invites exploration. Inside, well-stocked shelves reveal an impressive selection of bottles. "We have about 300 references here," says the owner. "Wines from Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and Austria. Ah, a love for the land and the farmers! At Bacaretto, there is no room for wholesalers. "We only work with winemakers, no wholesalers," explains Manuel Garnacho. "We want to highlight the work of peasant viticulturists." And we love that! It's the promise of discovering authentic and quality wines while supporting passionate producers. Bacaretto settled in the heart of the Minimes because there was a lack of a wine bar in the neighborhood. This new address now fills that gap, with a terrace for 20 people and a selection of craft beers. A perfect choice!
