The Editor

After eight years of managing a supermarket, Julien got tired of seeing 3 to 4 kilos of fruits and vegetables end up in the trash every day. Too ugly, too ripe, or simply unsold: nearly 30,000€ in annual losses that made him want to change things. His goal with Fast Fruits? To reinvent the way we consume while giving meaning back to his profession.

The Magic of Freeze-Drying

To achieve this, it relies on freeze-drying, a technique that dehydrates food at low temperatures. The result: vitamins, fibers, and nutrients are preserved without losing a single bit of flavor. At Fast Fruits, nothing goes to waste: as soon as a product reaches maturity, it’s freeze-dried. Even peels and cores find a second life, transformed into fruit purees shaped like little bears or hearts.

Fruits That Last (Tr&eg...Long-lasting deliciousness

When it comes to preservation, it’s mind-blowing: two years for jars, and up to 25 years for vacuum-sealed packets. That means you can have strawberries, apples, or bananas at your fingertips for decades! In the shop, you can also find seasonings, aromatic herbs, and even local products like honey or milk. For the curious, there are several options available: a pack of 3 jars for €15, the discovery box for €35, or the monthly subscription for €100, so you’ll never run out of crunchy fruits!
