Instead, the team offers a “Trust Ticket” : you taste, you savor… and you decide the amount of your bill. It's a symbolic gesture designed to bring trust and flavor back to the heart of the plate. And it's the perfect opportunity to try the new fall menu. Three appetizers, three main dishes, and three desserts change every week depending on the market and the chef's inspiration, always including options for veggies, fish, and meat.
