When you enter Fratelli restaurant, you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere. An original ambiance that is due to the layout of the place as well as the overall decoration. What catches your eye first is this large bar, open to everything around it, giving Fratelli as a whole a warm and incomparable atmosphere.

It is this rather unusual layout in Toulouse that allows the holding of an aperitivo every evening (from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 9pm). This concept comes straight from Italy, and we now realize how much we missed it.

So, what is an aperitivo? It's actually quite simple. It's just a slight surcharge on your cocktail, which then allows you to enjoy all the antipasti available as much as you like. That way, you can enjoy one of the cocktails on the menu, choosing from the classics or original creations, while indulging in the exceptional products offered by Fratelli, with no limits.

Products are what make this place unique. Because if there is a cuisine that showcases its delicious products while enhancing them, it's definitely Italian cuisine.

Here you'll find Italian D.O.P products as well as French products from neighboring villages, all sharing the common qualities of promoting organic and sustainable agriculture.

But it's not just about aperitivo at Fratelli, it's also quite a extensive à la carte restaurant that knows how to focus on the essentials. In this cozy trattoria, it's the scent of the sauces that awakens the senses, in every situation.

Pasta, meats, fish... The choices are many, but you won't find pizza at Fratelli. It's a deliberate choice, as Italian cuisine has so much to offer without needing to offer a dish that, although loved by many, is already well-known to all.

Here, you'll find Linguine vongole bottarga (clams and Mediterranean grey mullet roe), a seafood risotto, the famous escalope Milanese with bone, and the fabulous Filetto di mariale cooked in chianti wine...
