Just because Toulouse is nestled inland and not by the sea or at the foot of the mountains, it doesn't mean you, a Toulousain, can’t go pamper yourself in a spa for some well-deserved relaxation. Since we're nice, we’ll point you in the right direction!

Here, the atmosphere is warm, the colors and materials are wonderfully cozy, and tranquility reigns. On the agenda: treatments specially designed for pregnant women and postpartum, water awakening "BABY SPA", private massage workshops, fun massage initiation... Ah Calicéo, everyone has mentioned you at least once with your warm baths, jets, hammam, sauna, sanarium, and… the players from Stade Toulousain who come to relax on certain days. Sounds tempting, right? You can also work out if that helps you relax even more, but you need to book your aquabike/aquagym class and pay an additional fee. Personally, working out after the spa doesn’t really appeal to us, but getting a massage does sound wonderful!

Okay, Terre de Pastel is pretty much the cream of the crop when it comes to spas in Haute-Garonne. Right when you step into the building, you'll find yourself going “oooh” and “aaah” because it’s so beautiful. The spa itself is simply amazing! You can feel the tranquility from your very first steps. They even provide you with a towel, a bathrobe, and disposable flip-flops. So, hurry up and put on your swimsuit to access the balneotherapy pool, the sensory shower with its 3 options, the Nordic shower, the hammam, the sauna, and the free and open tea station. We see you coming; you must be thinking this is going to cost a fortune to enjoy all of this!

rave;s at the Terre de Pastel spa: well, not at all! €29 for half a day, that’s really a steal when you know that access is unlimited. By the way, make sure to book your visit. While you're at it, you can also inquire about a treatment with the pastel-based products that Terre de Pastel creates or about the fitness classes available.
