The Flambelle Castle
Located in the heart of Toulouse, the Flambelle Castle offers a striking contrast with its modern surroundings. Built in 1740, this historic site stands in the middle of a park, next to a mill dating back to 1670. Abandoned since 2011, the castle has been subject to fires and squatters. For sale since 2015, the project to transform it into a space dedicated to photography and street art remains on hold due to disagreements with the local residents.

La Serre Michel Lambin
Located west of Toulouse, the Serre Michel Lambin remains shrouded in mystery. Despite its dark name, the interior of this glass structure exudes great serenity. With a central fireplace and glass surfaces offering a panoramic view of nature, this enclosed space gives the feeling of being outdoors. The greenhouse is located on private property, seemingly guarded by a dog.

The Hotel of the Papin Sisters
Located on the outskirts of Toulouse, this hotel complex is one of the most impressive urban exploration sites in the Occitanie region. Made up of nearly ten buildings, it was once an ideal location for company retreats and seminars, with many rooms, a restaurant, an auditorium, a pool, and much more. In 2011, the establishment closed, leaving behind the decay of its facilities.

The Wicker House
Located in the heart of Toulouse, this abandoned house gets its name from the large number of wicker baskets filling its rooms. The history of this dwelling remains a mystery, just like that of its former owners. Inside, the atmosphere seems frozen in time, with furniture covered in dust, broken windows, and vegetation taking over the garden. The rooms of the house seem to come from another era.

The Daniel Faucher University Restaurant
Inaugurated by General De Gaulle in 1959, this magnificent building of over 2,000 m2 is an architectural gem. However, it has been abandoned for nearly two decades, partly due to the AZF explosion. Squatted, vandalized, and covered in graffiti, this historic building is currently undergoing a transformation project into a coworking space, auditorium, and restaurant, bringing life back to this iconic place in Toulouse.
