La Maison de la Poutine is the new go-to spot for all fans of this dish made of fries, cheese, and sauce (to put it simply). After exceptional success in Paris and winning awards, a new restaurant is opening its doors for the first time outside of the capital, and lucky Toulouse is the city that gets to discover the recipes from this established spot.
So, after opening three restaurants in Paris (the first one at the end of 2017), La Maison de la Poutine is now situated in Toulouse, right in the Jean Jaurès district, in a space of about one hundred square meters that can accommodate around 50 people.
With the "Best Poutine" award in 2019, the restaurant makes it a point to add a gastronomic touch to each of its recipes. Here, the ingredients are fresh, the cheese is .Prepared in a dairy and homemade fries. Moreover, the chef creates new recipes every three weeks so that we never get tired and always come back with the same pleasure.
