The ultimate treat: Peanut Coffee Shop

If you find yourself between the Capitole and the Daurade, don’t miss out on Peanut, our new favorite spot! This coffee shop can welcome between 60 to 65 people and offers brunches all week long, featuring homemade pastries, smoothie bowls, brunch combos, and vegan and vegetarian options. The focus is on local and seasonal products, and the coffee comes straight from Gers. Basically, it’s another gem in the pink city that you absolutely have to try!

The most relaxing: Les Infiltrés Coffee Shop

If you're looking for a nice spot in Toulouse to work or just enjoy a good coffee, we highly recommend Les Infiltrés. The decor is simple and minimalist, perfect for a peaceful break. When it comes to pastries, we absolutely fell in love with their banoffee (€5) and their matcha raspberry roll at €5.50, which are simply delicious! Besides the sweet treats, the menu also offers savory options to mix things up.
