The Bibent
For 5 years, Christian Constant's brewery delights your taste buds while offering you a fabulous view of the Capitole. In fact, even the restaurant itself is a gem: it has been a classical historic site since 1975. We love "Mamie Constant's mimosa eggs", we savor the salad "as [the chef] made it at the Ritz" and we enjoy a piece of "Christian Constant's fantastic chocolate tart".

Michel Sarran
“We are merchants of pleasure,” says Michelin-starred chef Michel Sarran when he talks about his profession, and we can definitely taste the pleasure in his delicious cuisine. The menu at his restaurant is regularly updated to introduce new flavors. One thing for sure is that the ingredients are carefully selected: the duck is from the region, and the cheese comes from the famous Toulouse cheese monger, Xavier.
