MeowTalk, a Google Translate for cats

Between "meow", "maw", "meow", "meow", "rrrrr", the cat's vocabulary is rich. There is a true variety of meows each having their own meaning. Like humans, cats almost have different accents, intonations, personal ways of communicating based on their personality. It's normal, everyone is unique! The MeowTalk app allows you to translate your little kitty's language in a way that we, bipeds, can understand. At least now, when we respond to them, we roughly know what we are responding to. That's called a dialogue, Fluffy.

The app can identify up to ten different meows. While some may seem a bit unnecessary (like "I'm hungry" when the cat is yelling like a fishmonger in front of its bowl... Well...), others like "I'm in pain" can be very beneficial.

A "gadget" to be taken with a grain of salt

Obviously, it has already been recognized that these types of applications or gadgets are neither miraculous nor very comprehensive. In a few years, perhaps we will see translators emerge that are able to lay out our furry friend's emotions and moral and philosophical views, all while sharing a non-alcoholic cat wine. (Like milk)

.

Meanwhile, MeowTalk is a bit more limited, but is still capable of translating an "I love you". Coming from your cat, that's not too shabby. We can save jokes for later.
