Behind this lovely project are two nice guys, Sébastien and Thomas, who decided to leave their first careers to fully embrace their true passion: good food (great choice!). One has worked in the Michelin-starred kitchens of chef Pierre Lambinon, while the other swapped his engineer lab coat for pots and pans, training with Thierry Marx. As you might have guessed, they make a big impression in the culinary world and offer quality without a doubt.

At La Tchappe, we wave goodbye to sad ham sandwiches! Here, we stick to three fixed recipes and one special ephemeral treat, and that’s more than enough, you'll see! So, we proudly present L’Occitan (confit duck, sheep cheese, confit vegetables, and seasonal chutney, with an option for semi-cooked foie gras), La Theill’ (chicken, goat cheese, chorizo, pesto rosso, and fried onions), Le Tchappeur (chicken, onion confit, barbecue sauce, garlic mayonnaise, and Espelette pepper) and the newest addition, which we call La Dédicace, a special sandwich created in collaboration with friends who helped launch the project.
