Hopla, here’s the little newcomer that has set up shop this summer at the Marché des Carmes, taking over from the old Bretzel Story. And let me tell you, pretzel lovers can sleep easy because the Alsatian tradition is well-respected! But wait, there’s more than just pretzels—there’s a menu that’s a dream come true: homemade Spaetzles, hot dogs, and even nachos! Plus, Emma, the manager, has plans to expand the menu with some sandwiches very soon.

When temperatures drop, Hopla is here to warm you up! Steaming soup, spiced mulled wine, fluffy pancakes, and crispy waffles — everything is designed to warm both body and soul! A little bonus that made us love this place even more: dogs are welcome, so there’s no excuse not to come and try it out!!
