Founded in 1959 in Toulouse by Henri Gineste de Saurs, L'Entrecôte is a restaurant that offers only one dish on the menu: a ribeye steak with fries, salad, and a secret sauce. And that's the menu presentation done. Well, we'll still tell you a little more! The ribeye steak is a high-quality piece of beef, cooked perfectly and served with crispy matchstick fries. The salad is simple, but very well-seasoned. And the secret sauce, shall we talk about it? Well, no, we won't talk about it, it's a secret, didn't you follow?

As for the wine, same story! The restaurant offers only one: a red wine from the Bordeaux cellars.
