The adventure of Pizza Bonici began in 2008, driven by Jérôme Bonici, who focused on quality products and a concept blending artisanal know-how with accessibility. The brand quickly expanded through a franchise model that prefers having former employees at the helm of the new establishments. Today, firmly established in the south of France (with more than 10 locations in downtown Toulouse and its surroundings) and the DOM, Pizza Bonici is now targeting the Grand Est, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Pays de la Loire, Brittany, and the northern regions of the country for further expansion.

Over 70 restaurants around the world
With such success that after 15 years, the brand boasts more than 70 restaurants across France (mainly in the southwest and Île-de-France, but also in Spain, Belgium, Africa, and the overseas territories). So what makes Pizza Bonici so special? A dough made fresh on-site using a homemade recipe, fresh ingredients that make up over 70% of the components, and traditional oven baking to ensure an authentic flavor. And because indulgence doesn't stop at pizza, the brand has also introduced artisanal burgers, made with homemade buns, to enrich its offerings and strengthen its competitive edge.

Highly profitable franchises and a 100% winning game
On the franchise side, Pizza Bonici focuses on an attractive model with affordable entry costs and solid marketing support. A nine-year contract, a personal investment of 20%, and a total estimated investment of €50,000 allow entrepreneurs to join a booming brand, benefiting from a substantial customer database and increasing visibility. It's a recipe that seems to be working well, and it could continue to attract new franchisees and food lovers in the years to come.
