And a new stylish guinguette in Toulouse, here it is! Set up at the Ponts-Jumeaux in Toulouse, Apérology comes from the imagination of Jean-Christophe Batlle and Ludovic Falcou, two longtime friends and enthusiasts of the art of the apéro, as we learn from Actu Toulouse. After working in the world of large corporations and finance in France and internationally, they have returned to Occitanie with a mission: to celebrate the apéritif in all its splendor.

Apérology is not just any traditional guinguette. Open from noon to midnight, it offers a sophisticated aperitif experience. You can enjoy platters filled with lentil or pea spreads, hummus, foie gras, and of course, a carefully curated selection of wines and cocktails.

An ode to the French art of the aperitif

"What we offer is the aperitif at its finest," Jean-Christophe Batlle smiles. And he's right. At Apérology, forget about platters with basic wholesale products. Here, each bite is a gustatory journey, with finely selected products distributed under the Apérology label, often available in the best wine cellars.

Cherry on top of the guinguette? Its rooftop! Imagine yourself, drink in hand, admiring the view of the Embouchure harbor, with the gentle lapping of the water in the background. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of work or spend an evening with friends.
