Lunch wolfed down in ten minutes at your desk? Not our style! But let's be honest: between appointments or a shopping spree, we're also looking to eat quickly. That's exactly the insight behind the new WASHOKU SUSHI & POKÉ concept, now open in the heart of Blagnac Shopping Center. Don't worry, we're not talking about industrial frozen food. Every morning, the teams prepare the restaurant's signature dishes so they're ready when we open: sushi, poké bowls, Japanese desserts and drinks make up this new offering designed for those who want to eat well without waiting forever! Plus, there's a space to enjoy your meal on-site, in a kiosk that's fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

A concept designed around the customer experience
Behind WASHOKU SUSHI & POKÉ are two entrepreneurs with complementary profiles. Walid Rachdi, founder of the concept, drives development, brand identity, and the entire customer experience. « Today's consumers want to enjoy quality cuisine while saving time », he explains. A philosophy that guided the creation of this premium format specially designed for shopping centers. Alongside him, Zoé Zhou, co-founder, orchestrates all production and logistics. Her role? To ensure every day that products are of top quality and operations run smoothly, so that the promise of freshness is kept for every single customer.
A kiosk oto nothing was left to chance
Aesthetics also matter in the experience. To bring the project to life, Walid Rachdi surrounded himself with an Argentine architect to design a kiosk that is modern, elegant, and functional all at once. Customer flow, product display, ordering process… every detail was carefully thought through to make the experience intuitive and seamless.
Located in the main aisle #1 of Blagnac Shopping Center (Starbucks, Flunch, Maison du Monde and Orange), the kiosk enjoys a prime spot to showcase this fresh take on Japanese dining. An address that could easily become the new go-to spot for busy Toulouse locals (or anyone, really!)
