Toulouse continues to build its gastronomic prestige with a new star awarded this year by the Michelin Guide. The only restaurant in Toulouse honored in 2025 is Acte 2, the secret gem of Chef Yannick Delpech, located in the Côte Pavée neighborhood. It's a triumphant return for him, as at just 24 years old, he became the youngest starred chef in France with his former establishment, L’Amphitryon, before its closure in 2024.
An intimate table for a unique experience
With Acte 2, Yannick Delpech plays the ultra-intimacy card: only about fifteen covers, a refined and streamlined cuisine where each dish tells a story. This approach has impressed the famous red guide, elevating the restaurant among the 68 new stars of the year.
While this distinction is a source of pride for the Pink City, it's the only new addition for 2025. Toulouse isn't picking up any green stars or special mentions for inspectors' favorite dishes or the best desserts. But fear not: with its generous local produce and passionate chefs, the city still has wonderful opportunities to shine even brighter on the gastronomic stage.
