Menu at 22 euros for lunch and cocktails at 13 euros
Paul, co-manager of the restaurant, explains to our colleagues at Actu Toulouse: "We serve cocktails from the cart, our wine bottles have their own labels in the form of a plane ticket [...] To allow customers to travel, we also have exotic products."

At Cockpit, everything is homemade and the cuisine offered is seasonal. It's Tania, Paul's partner and co-manager of the restaurant, who is in charge of the kitchen. "She's alone for now, we only do one service! Quality over quantity," Paul explains during his exchange with Actu Toulouse.
