A delicious tradition at the heart of Toulouse
Every year, the Toulouse à Table festival transforms the city into a true gastronomy celebration. The gourmet village will be set up from September 7th to 9th, 2024, with four services scheduled on September 7th at 6:30pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm, and 9:30pm, and a daily service at 8:30pm from September 7th to 9th. This year, the banquet will take place on the beautiful Saint-Pierre bridge, offering a stunning view of the La Grave dome.
A menu for all tastes
Attracting up to 2,000 people, this giant banquet promises to satisfy all palates. The cassoulet, a traditional dish from Castelnaudary, will be available in gluten-free and vegetarian versions. Additionally, each participant will leave with their own individual terracotta casserole, a memento of this gourmet evening.
For the foodies, the traditional menu at 26€ includes two reimagined mimosa eggs, a true Toulouse cassoulet, cabécou cheese from Lot accompanied by chasselas grapes, and an apple pie for dessert. The options don't stop there: a VIP menu is available for 29€, while the children's menu (under 12) is priced at 12€.
