Just 2.5 hours from Toulouse, Château Mauvinon is once again turning its vineyard into a paradise for cheese lovers. On May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2026, this Saint-Émilion Grand Cru estate will host the fifth edition of its All-You-Can-Eat Cheese Bar, a concept that has become a must-try and is presented as unique in France.

Even before the reservations opened, regulars were already showing up! Since its launch, over 5,000 visitors have already participated in this delightful and friendly experience in the midst of the vineyards.
More than 30 cheeses to enjoy facing the vineyards
The concept is simple: a huge cheese bar with unlimited tasting featuring over 30 varieties to discover. Camembert, comté, sheep's cheese, truffle brie, monk's head, roquefort, maroilles, pont-l'évêque, plus garlic wild leek cheese and flower cheese... from classic favorites to more original creations, there's something for everyone's taste.

The prices are friendly: €12 for adults and €6 for children. The Cheese Bar is also family-oriented. Kids are welcome and can enjoy the garden while adults indulge in tasting. They can also discover one of the attractions of the estate: the vegetarian pigs grazing among the vines.
The event is limited to 1,200 people, and reservations are mandatory online on the property's website.
Exceptional product tasting with a view
But the experience doesn't end with cheese. Wine-based cocktails, homemade lemonades, smoothies, and fine vintages by the glass come to accompany the tasting, to be savored in the gardens or on the rooftop terrace with a view of the... ```vines.

The château, located in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru region, produces wines using organic and biodynamic farming methods. For the past 7 years, it has also been developing white, orange, and sparkling wines.
