Joannes Richard: the French maestro of the hamburger
From Nîmes to Paris all the way to Dallas, where he won the famous title of World Burger Champion, Joannes Richard is considered a true master of the burger! A real enthusiast of street-food, he made history in 2023 by becoming the first non-American chef (and French!) to be crowned in Dallas. During the competition, he cooked up his Grillin' Burger which catapulted him into the spotlight and earned him international recognition from his American peers.

Their partnership with the number 1 American diner also includes Toulouse residents who can discover the recipe in the restaurants of Toulouse and Blagnac for €17.95 per person. For this exclusive creation, the chef takes inspiration from the traditional American burger and gives it a twist with spicy and tangy flavors: a corn bun, fresh minced beef, melted cheddar, smoked bacon, marinated sun-dried tomatoes, tangy pickles, arugula, caramelized onions in Jack Daniel's, and a sauce with barbecue spices and smoky notes.
