Behind this quirky event lies a simple idea: brought people together around the table, in the purest Occitan tradition. And what could be better than cassoulet for that? For an entire evening, over 3,000 cassolettes (prepared by the Brotherhood of Cassoulet from Toulouse, please!) will parade across the tables, served in cassoles engraved with the event's logo. And the best part? You get to take your cassole home as a souvenir, hehe!

A 5-course menu
For 30€, you get a true royal meal : Floc de Gascogne for aperitif, fried pork pâté, cassoulet (meat or vegetarian), regional cheese, artisan ice cream, and "Toulouse à Table" biscuit. As a bonus, a glass of wine, a tasting of Armagnac, a Malongo coffee, and even mineral water (we think of everything). For those in a hurry, there's also a take-out cassoulet available for 12€. For the occasion, three seating times are offered (6:30 PM / 8:00 PM / 9:30 PM), but spots are likely to fill up fast.
