The return of the cordon bleu (but 2025 style)
We’re not talking about getting a vacuum-packed cordon bleu. We’re talking about creative recipes, well-sourced ingredients, and plates that pack a punch : chicken fillet, dried beef, candied peppers, or a veggie version with a plant-based cutlet and homemade sauce. Even the breadcrumbs are gluten-free so everyone can enjoy!
