Toulouse's gastronomy is enriched with a new prestigious address with the opening of the restaurant "Acte 2" on Friday, December 1st, by the famous chef Yannick Delpech!

This Friday will mark the inauguration of a new era for Yannick Delpech, with the opening of "Acte 2", his latest gastronomic establishment in Toulouse. Located in the heart of the Côte Pavée district, this restaurant finds refuge in a former sawmill, a space chosen for its authentic charm. After five months of renovation, the discreet wooden sign marks the entrance to this place where gastronomy and art come together. ### **A restaurant "like home"** At Acte 2, intimacy is privileged: **every evening at 8 o'clock, fifteen guests are invited to an exceptional culinary experience in the company of the chef.** Yannick Delpech wants to create a friendly atmosphere without constraints, emphasizing that this is not a traditional table d'hôte. **The small but talented team includes Chloé Barthelme as the sous chef and Soledad Delgado-Laborde as the sommelier.**
