Open since the end of the 19th century, the Marché Saint-Cyprien is one of the few markets that has kept its original charm (and its Toulouse bricks, of course!). Once a popular market where fishmongers, greengrocers, and lovely grandmas searched for the best confit, it has retained that authentic spirit that makes it so beautiful. Even today, it's a little gem of local life, a true slice of Toulouse where everyone knows each other.

A historic hall turned gathering place for food lovers

For this evening event, the vendors pull out all the stops: cured meats, cheeses, poultry, fish, breads, and local sweets will be on display at the counters in a more festive atmosphere than ever. Bars, live music, and DJ sets will spice up the evening, transforming the hall into a true party ground.

No need to make a reservation, and you don't have to break the bank : entry is free, and you can order directly from the vendors. We can already picture a mixed platter in one hand, a glass of red in the other, and a big smile as the cherry on top! In short, it’s a Thursday evening just the way we love it in Toulouse : simple, joyful, and oh-so-delicious.
