TomTom unveils its latest urban congestion barometer
The most famous developer of navigation systems has reviewed cities where traffic flows the most smoothly. In its latest TomTom Traffic Index, it looked at 387 cities in 55 countries across 6 continents to establish their average travel time, fuel costs, and CO2 emissions.
Toulouse, a top performer among cities with the least traffic jams in France
Contrary to what many of our readers might think, it is much easier to drive in the Toulouse urban area than in many other cities in France. Out of 25 major cities, Toulouse ranks among the best in terms of traffic flow and congestion.
