Ah, the famous Saint-Agne station... You know, the one that connects the train station to the heart of the Pink City, and has made you rethink your routes these past few weeks? Well, the wait is over! Closed since October 14 for the renewal of its escalators, the station has reopened its doors. The work, managed by Tisséo, aimed to replace all the escalators on line B due to a design issue.

A long-awaited construction plan

Remember, during the closure, it was a real obstacle course: replacement buses, and even having to walk to the next station! But all that is behind us now! You can finally get back to your routine, even though, we must emphasize, you’ll have to wait a little longer for the escalators. But don’t get too carried away: this is just the end of the first phase of a construction plan that will stretch until February 2025. For now, the new escalators are there, all installed, but… not yet in service!
