Freshly installed on Rue Léon Gambetta, Aishi Ramen opened its doors at the beginning of January (yes, it’s super fresh !). Who's in charge of this new spot that’s bound to become our HQ? Hisayuki Takeuchi, a seasoned Japanese chef who honed his skills in the finest kitchens of his homeland before unpacking his bags in Toulouse. With his expertise, he elevates each dish using fresh ingredients and a know-how that really packs a punch !

An exceptional chef for top-quality ramen
On Chef Hisayuki's menu: lin tsukemen (cold noodles dipped in broth, served with braised pork chashu, sesame oil, and a marinated egg), but also, aishi chintan and spicy tantanmen. They also offer appetizers like shrimp tempura, takoyaki, and chicken gyozas. Not a big fan of ramen? (yes, that exists...) no problem! They also have unique dishes like unadon (grilled eel served over rice) or tori katsu kare (breaded chicken served with Japanese curry).

Ramen for under 15€
On the decor side, it’s totally clichéd, but honestly, we love it! Lanterns, paper umbrellas, katanas on the wall, fans, pops of red, and an abundance of cherry blossom flowers: the Japanese vibe is definitely there and it really sets the scene. And the best part? The ramen is under 15€. Seriously, with the quality, the flavors, and this immersive decor, Aishi Ramen is a new gem in Toulouse that’s totally worth a visit. I promise, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious!
