Forget the crowded docks and classic terraces. A floating guinguette project is currently in the works, with an installation right on the Garonne. The concept: arranged platforms, partially submerged, where tables and seating would be set up. Result? Customers could settle right at the water's edge, even dipping their feet in, while enjoying a drink with friends (the dream when the temperatures rise).
Aperitif, sunset, and chill vibes
This new-generation guinguette would offer a varied program with DJ sets in the evenings, light snacks, and local drinks. Accessible by reservation for certain areas but also open to the public, the installation would focus on a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Clearly, if the project comes to life, it could become THE must-visit spot of the summer in Toulouse!
